I notice for myself when I for whatever reason get distracted and skip my morning ritual for a few days.. I start feeling not quite right.. And everything becomes harder, trickier, less enjoyable.. There is no magic in that life! .. Take the time and you won't regret it!!

Gratitude I definitely a must, I have a similar ritual, plus I send love to anyone I'm having a difficulty with, which dissolves and transforms the situation and my perception, and I listen for divine guidance.. Oh, I also do at least 5-10 mins meditation, I do find it does wonders for me!

Now I think I'll try his ray of blessings.. Sounds pretty damn cool!

Try some of these out for size and give it a week to start seeing how it starts changing your life (it will from day 1, but the longer you go the more and deeper changes you'll see) it's your morning ritual, you get to choose what you put in there..

Follow some tried and tested principles.. Have gratitude, feel the emotions you want to experience, imagine and feel things being solved and working out.. Have some silence and connect to something higher..
