🌟CONSISTENT🌟
At the end of each month we recognise our members who have been consistent in their training by attending at least 16 classes (4+ per week)

For the month of October Oli topped our club again with 27 visits and in doing that also attended every class we held for October. Well done Oli and well done team.

Congratulations to all our members in the Consistency club for October.

Our November monthly member challenge will be………🥁🥁🥁🥁🥁 Max barbell shoulder to overhead in 0:30. This will be a choose your own adventure challenge with members picking the weight they’d like to use. The winners will be determined by max weight lifted (reps x weight lifted). Check with coaches for standards.

This means our October monthly members challenge of max burpees in 1:00 winners are;

Tracy with 26 reps &
Stephen with 30 reps
