WOMB CYCLE 🩸 INNER SEASONS

The structural breakdown of the menstrual cycle week by week is based on ancient women’s wisdom.

We cycle through all four seasons during our cycle. Constantly changing and surrendering to the seasons of our body.

💙 Week 1: Inner Winter – Around day 1-6 of your menstrual cycle when you’re bleeding.

💙 Week 2: Inner Spring – Around day 7-13 when you’re in the pre-ovulation phase.

💙 Week 3: Inner Summer – Around day 14-21 during your ovulation phase.

💙 Week 4: Inner Autumn– Around day 22-29 during your luteal phase (winding down again).

Please don’t feel discouraged if your cycle is irregular or certain phases are longer than average. You can still use this information as a guide to building a strong relationship with your body.

As you understand the energies and signs of each phase, you’ll be able to tune in and sense where you’re at even if it’s different each month.

Traditionally associated with money and the receiving thereof, this stone can also help you accept and receive love. It works on your prosperity, helps you manifest, and helps you restore balance in your life.

Green Aventurine can also help you balance your emotional centres and your life and help manifest your dream reality.

Our thoughts are connected to our emotions and create our reality. If you feel love and are in that frequency, you will attract love. We respond to the energetic frequencies we put out. 🍃

There is a certain magic that happens when we begin to work with crystals. 🔮
