About the Job

An opportunity exists for an experienced Vertical Borer Machinist in the Laverton North area, offered as a full-time permanent role within a well-established company.

About You

Hold trade qualifications.
Possess a minimum of 3+ years' machinist experience.
Demonstrate proficiency in operating a range of machines including both large and small Centre Lathes, Milling Machines, Radial Drills, Horizontal and Vertical Boring Machines, Grinders, etc.
Capability to interpret drawings.
Preference for experience using overhead cranes, but not essential
While not mandatory, a forklift license would be advantageous.
Show unwavering dedication to safety and quality assurance.
Have the ability to follow instructions and work autonomously.
Display punctuality and maintain a strong attendance record.
Possess comprehensive communication skills.
