🛠️ Cladding Install Crews Wanted – Aluminium / Colorbond / CFC / Balustrades
Location: Melbourne, VIC
Work Type: Subcontract / Contract
Castle is seeking experienced install crews across multiple systems — from Colorbond and CFC to custom aluminium cladding and balustrade systems. We build sharp architectural facades for Melbourne’s top-tier builders — and we do it fast, clean, and in control.

🔧 Scope Includes:
• Aluminium cassette systems
• Colorbond and NCP cladding
• CFC panel installs (face fix + concealed fix)
• Glass and aluminium balustrades
• Reading and executing from CNC shop drawings
• Clean, compliant install with attention to VBA tolerances

✅ You’ll Need:
• Proven experience across any or all of the above systems
• Own tools, transport & PPE
• White card + working at heights
• Ability to work fast and clean, as part of a coordinated install crew
