Free Equine-Assisted Learning workshops to support lingering anxiety caused by storm events. This calming, experiential approach helps build resilience, understand trauma responses, and develop emotional regulation skillsâall in a natural, supportive setting.
Limited spots available. Thanks to grant recipients Pages for Wisdom, with funding from Cardinia Shire Council, Edenhope Integrated Psychotherapy in Gembrook is facilitating these complimentary sessions in November 2024 and February 2025.
