We’re proud to announce that Alira at Berwick is now officially sold out! A milestone marking the successful completion of a project years in the making.

Positioned on one of the last remaining infill development sites in Melbourne’s south east, Alira spans nearly 70 hectares of waterways, parklands and walking trails, offering families the opportunity to enjoy a thoughtfully designed community.

A total of 770 homes has been delivered across 24 stages, including 130 medium-density residences that promote affordability and choice. With lot sizes ranging from 99 sqm townhomes to spacious family lots over 750 sqm. The community also embraces nature, with 12.4 hectares of wetlands making up 23% of the entire project area.

From the initial designs to the final stage handover, Alira has been shaped by the hard work and dedication of many. We’re proud to unveil the third park within our Kinbrook Donnybrook Estate, a truly unique space inspired by the site’s rich local history.

Once home to a family-run farm, the park’s design pays homage to its heritage through thoughtful details, including an artistic nod to the previous owner and his dog on the hit-up wall.

This one-of-a-kind play space sits at the heart of Kinbrook Estate, creating an inspiring place for play and connection for a growing community.
