The short term goal was to drop 10kg in 12 weeks, which we achieved despite being limited to 3 coaching sessions & 6 weeks in the gym to train

Scott joined in January to improve his health, increase his strength & performance for baseball & loss weight.

Having achieved 20+kgs 2 to 3 years prior, which he regained with interest his priority is to lose weight long term.

He has lost ~ 10% of his BW to date, while training 2 to 3 times per week, playing baseball on the weekends & being ~ 80-90% compliant with his nutrition

We’re proud of Scott but there is still work to be done. 110kg we’re coming for you!
