Beautiful 34GTT we’ve been looking after for a while came back in this week for some well-deserved maintenance.

Running one of our proven 400 kW packages for a few years now, it was time to give the rear end and exhaust a freshen up.

We fabricated a brand-new 3.5” stainless exhaust system with the option of two different mufflers, then overhauled the rear suspension with a full set of adjustable arms. From there it went over to our mates at for a rebuild of the decade-old coilovers and a proper alignment.

The car now drives and sounds exactly as it should — ready to keep being enjoyed.

🚨 Project Spotlight: Daniel Cassar’s S15 🚨

Over the last five years, many of you have seen this S15 evolve, transforming into one of the most exciting projects we’ve worked on. Built with passion, precision, and countless hours of custom fabrication, this car showcases the limits we’re willing to push. While it’s not fully refined or complete yet, the progress so far has been incredible.

At the heart of this build is the compound turbo system, combining a G30-600 with a Pulsar 7982 (G45). Running purely on motor and turbos—no CO2 boost control, no nitrous—it’s already delivering serious performance:

55psi of boost before 6000rpm

60psi steady stating at just 4500rpm

On methanol fuel, the S15 made 855kW at the wheels on 55psi during dyno testing. With more boost available, the next phase is figuring out whether it will translate to even greater power.

Currently, the car is running a manual transmission through a standard RB25 gearbox, which is holding up impressively given the power. However, it won’t stop there—the next step will be upgrading to a built ZF 6-speed automatic (6HP26) for improved durability and performance.

We stripped the complete driveline down and redid everything in true CPG fashion.
