It’s cold outside! 🥶🥶🥶
Winter always invites us to turn in, to slow down.. but it doesn’t mean we have to stop.
Moving with intention, even for a short time can help ease stiffness, improve circulation, and reconnect us with our bodies. In Pilates, every movement has a purpose, as does every breath.
On colder days, that gentle commitment to yourself can make all the difference 🥰❄️

Regular movement has been shown to improve mood, boost energy, support heart health, improve sleep quality, and reduce the risk of chronic disease. Consistent habits also help build resilience, reduce stress, and support long term physical and mental wellbeing.

So often we become so focused on what our movements and shapes look like..
This is your reminder to slow it down, tune into your body, and connect with what it feels like.
When we tune all the way in we can connect to how our bodies are functioning which will help to strengthen our mind body awareness. In Pilates we call this Contrology 🤍
