While the digital footprint you leave online can be used to track you, there are some simple things you can do to reduce that trail.

For example, using incognito windows when you are at work and need to handle extra sensitive information. In incognito mode, none of your browsing history, site data, or information entered in forms are saved on your device. This means that your activity does not show up in your browser history.
