Just when you thought Gen Z was a write off. Man I was impressed. Catching the bus home via Monash Uni, an Australian /indian high school student from Monash Scientific - which is a high school for the talented sat down next to me. Before we get into his talent, his compass for right and wrong and respect was true North. We chatted about his trumpet playing and of course that his father wants him to be an engineer. He had more than just social smarts, he knew the characters on the bus with a gentleman's precision older than his years. Gee it was great. I felt such a hope for a man such as this and truly wished him well. A leader of values, not revenue, not share price, not record sales or premierships... He had the art of a gentleman.
