Vale Josef Oduwo
It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Victorian Opera Board Member, Josef Oduwo, after a short illness.
Appointed to our Board in 2025, Josef was a passionate advocate for music in all its forms. He contributed with generosity, insight and unwavering enthusiasm, and will be deeply missed. A strong sense of community underpinned all that he did.
We extend our condolences to his family and loved ones, both here in Australia and in his country of birth, Kenya.
