After a sell-out autumn residency earlier in the year, it is such a pleasure to welcome Tom Sarafian back to our kitchen from Wednesday, August 3rd - Sunday, August 14th.

Tom's thoughtful approach to Arabic cuisine comes straight from the heart, with strong influence and inspiration drawn from his family, tradition and travels.

For two weeks only, you can experience Tom's generous and soulful cooking over a shared dinner menu that is layered with flavour, texture and spice. Southern Lebanese Kibbeh Nayyeh is prepared traditionally in a marble mortar + pestle intended to be scooped up by buttery chargrilled flatbread, while Syrian lamb fatteh is an aromatic hit, slowly cooked in a rich tomato and chickpea braise.
