Tight muscles don’t necessarily benefit from just stretching or massage.

In fact strengthening muscles, especially at the full range of motion, particularly end range will make the muscles more flexible.

I was inspired for the post by watching Pete Hegseth the US Secretary of War terrible technique with weights recently where he didn’t go full range of motion and without control.

Pilates will make you more flexible by making you STRONGER! It’s not just stretching 🤦🏼‍♀️
