We actually don't need to be the fittest version of ourselves to do something challenging. We don't need to feel perfectly optimised - the body is a marvellous machine, and in the right situation it is capable of more than you can imagine.

Everyone needs something, not cycling, necessarily, not racing. But something that asks a bit more of the body than is comfortable, and gives back more than it takes. A pursuit that puts you in your body and amongst other humans doing the same.

The longest Aussie summer I've had in a long time!

This season was about people, less bikes. Old connections, new ones, real conversations, time that mattered more than anything.

Deep, honest relationships have a way of stripping things back. They reminded me who I am off the bike, and how I'm evolving.

This year has already kicked off with momentum. I’m more driven than ever to keep carving out this next chapter.

Life has been a huge adventure so far… and I’m nowhere near done! ✈️👋🏼
