Local Kensington is a build to rent project that comprises of 483 apartments ranging from studio up to 3 bedroom apartments. The project is progressing nicely, building A, B and C topped out with our window install. currently installing some Ground floor entries and shopfronts, also have started window install in 2 of the 3 remaining buildings (D, E and F) Once again a pleasure working with Hacer Group and the whole team onsite and in the background to get us to where we are today.
