Remind your child or teen that our strongest habits come from practice and persistence; we aren't simply born with them!⁣

3⃣ Be cautious of how you react when they fail! 🙇🏽 Your child is always taking cues from the way you respond. Allow them the space to take a step back and to try again! ⁣

Emphasise that one wrong decision is not the end of the world (nor does it decide our fate in life). Give them space to change and to grow! ✨
