Do you know about the Mental Health and Wellbeing Connect service?

The Mental Health and Wellbeing Connect centres provide support for carers who are caring for someone living with mental health and substance use challenges. Led by people with lived experience of caring for those facing mental health challenges, the Connect centres understand the importance of supporting carers' wellbeing.

Main Connect centres have a wide range of support available, including::
✔️ peer worker support
✔️psychological and wellbeing supports
✔️help navigating the mental health and wellbeing system
✔️ access to hardship funds
✔️education and practical support.

There are eight main Connect centres across Victoria, with the latest opening in the Grampians. Services offered at the Connect centres are free and do not require a referral.
