Time for some preventative maintenance today at Proline MX.

Customer not long bought this bike with 150 hours and made the wise decision to rebuild the top end with a spanking new forged ProX high comp piston kit and have the bottom end inspected for wear.

Not only that we fully inspected all major components, decided to replace the cam chain + tensioner seals, adjusted valve clearances to spec, removed, cleaned then lubed throttle body, throttle cables and mechanism, then finally refitting it back on the bike and set for that pristine snappy throttle feeling.

Once engine work was done we focused our attention on the suspension - a full service on the front forks, oil seals, dust caps and fresh 10w oil. Following the forks, was a full rebuild of the rear shock including bump stop, seal head, snap rings, o rings and fresh nitrogen charge.

This bike is now ready to hit the track and will be good for the next 80 hours with good servicing at regular intervals, in perfect time for its full rebuild - not a bad way to gain peace of mind for a couple grand 👌🏻
