Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of both residential and commercial property portfolios
• Oversee leasing, inspections, tenant relations, maintenance, and landlord communications
• Prepare lease agreements, ensure compliance with tenancy legislation, and represent matters at tribunal when required
