In this episode of “will it croissant?”, we’re actually playing a different game: “it will croissant”, because there are no rules. You’re not our real dad.

Lots of new and old favourites in the cabinet, lots of (croissantified) variations on things we want to eat or things we grew up eating: mochi, yakult, black sesame, rendang, oat biscuits (lol Michael).

Also launching the new P@lestini@n Pastry Pal today - the Core Croissant iteration of a Chicken Musakhan. Money from the sales of this pastry will go directly to grassroots aid delivering food, fuel & supplies straight to families on ground in G@z@.

We’re back! The team is back! Weekends at Core Roasters are back! ’s creative brain is still on holiday, so we’re revisiting some faves from before the Easter break before she too is back! You have until 3pm, Sunday 29th March to stock up on all your beans, beverages, pastries & condiments.

Re-opening from 7am Wednesday, 8th April 2026.
