We are proud to announce the completion of RMIT's OurPlace project in Melbourne's CBD. Located on the corner of Lonsdale and Swanston Street in the QV precinct, the project consists of a vibrant fitout of 10,600sqm of office space. Jeremy was appointed as Project Director and managed the project through the design, procurement and construction phases. Jeremy was also accountable for a significant change and engagement program to transition 1,100 staff to flexible ways of working. Despite the challenges of Covid-19 impacting the project, works were completed on schedule and under budget.
