One of the most asked questions when I talk co-living with my clients is, "How much could I sell it for?" Great question!
The property shown in my eDM was purchased in 2016, and development was completed 2017 for a total project cost of $1.25m.
The next 4 years will have returned >$80k EBITDA per annum for a total of $320,000.
The property sold last week for $1,8000,000. That's an uplift of $575,000, or a 46% increase.
$80,000 x 4 = $320,000 + $575,000 = $895,000 total profit in 4 years.
