Q - Can I visit in-store?
A - Yes, however only to drop off or pick up a device.
Q- Do I need a face mask?
A - Yes, as mandated by the Victorian Government you will require a face mask and will further be required to check in using the provided QR code.
Q - Does the 15km rule apply to drop off/pick up a device?
A - No, under the circumstance that we are either your closest essential IT service provider AND/OR we are the only closest essential IT service provider that can provide your specified service. This DOES NOT allow you to browse other shops in the area or travel to the area for anything other than the 5 essential reasons to leave home. ProTechnologies PTY LTD is not liable for any infringements or fines due to disregard of this rule.
