Monash Demolition

Another challenging project completed by Monash Demolition at 54 Bridge Street, Northcote.

With no front access available, all machinery, materials, and demolition works had to be carefully coordinated through the rear alleyway access only — requiring precision planning and ex*****on from start to finish.

The process began with the granny flat demolition to create safe working access before progressing through the remainder of the site in stages.

Throughout the works, all red bricks were carefully salvaged, cleaned, and stacked onsite for re-use, helping reduce waste and preserve quality materials for the next stage of the build.
