Stage 4 of lockdown has arrived and whilst we are fortunate to remain open, as of Thursday August 6th there will be changes to the way our business operates.


All retail transactions will take place wirelessly. Timber must be ordered over the phone or via email, the order will be prepared by staff and only once an invoice is paid in full can the timber be delivered or picked up. Where applicable sales staff may request a deposit to be paid on placing of order.


We will only be accepting trade customers on site in our factory and this will be limited to 2 customers at any one time. Trade customers are implored where possible to order over the phone and only where vitally necessary come on site in an effort to minimise staff contact.


It is important that all customers and staff are adhering to both social distancing and personal hygiene requirements, including wearing a mask.


Our trading hours remain as per normal (7.30am-4.15pm Monday-Friday) however we will no longer be open on Saturday mornings until further notice.


We pass on our best wishes to all of our loyal customers who have had to close over this 6 week period and hope that everyone can stay safe during this difficult time!
