Offline Valentine

I had a dream I walked past grey geese sleeping in perfect rows, like cars parked quietly in a carpark. Their heads were buried in the sand. Then, one by one, they began to wake - lifting their heads out of the sand as AWARENESS returned, simply stirred by movement nearby.

And I woke up thinking about singles today.

So many kind, clever, warm-hearted humans feel… parked:

• sending thoughtful messages and getting 1 reply for every 20 sent

• scanning profiles like resumes

• craving connection but meeting interviews

• wanting love, but stalling at the thought of stepping into the unknown

The algorithm isn’t the real block. AVOIDANCE is.

The truth is:
