Our landmark $2 billion Residential Activation Fund is fast-tracking new homes by investing in critical infrastructure.

Unlocking land for new homes means investing in sewerage, water and power in partnership with local councils and developers – and now we’ve unlocked over 116,900, with a lot more coming.

50% of the Residential Activation Fund is being spent outside South East Queensland to help our growing regional and rural communities after a decade of decline under Labor where housing approvals went backwards.

Breach Bail, Go to Jail will be law by the end of the year.

This new minimum mandatory sentence will apply to Adult Crime, Adult Time offences for youth criminals who breach bail.

Victim numbers skyrocketed 193% under Labor’s decade of decline with weaker laws and fewer police.

With stronger laws and more police, victim numbers are down 7.2% and trending down for the first time in a decade - but we know there’s still a long way to go.
