Burleigh Bears Juniors are now seeking applications for Comp Age Coaches for the 2027 season.

All Coaches and Assistant Coaches need to apply to be considered.

We are looking for passionate and committed coaches to lead our:

👧 Female Teams

EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST — Non Comp & Comp Age Coaching Coordinator, 2027 Season 🐻
Burleigh Bears Juniors are on the hunt for a Non Comp and Comp Age Coaching Coordinator to help lead, support and develop our coaching community for 2027.
This key role works closely with the committee, age group managers and coaching staff to keep every team playing under a consistent, high-quality coaching environment.
You'll be involved in:
✅ Overseeing and supporting Non Comp and Comp age coaches across all age groups
✅ Coach recruitment and onboarding
✅ Coordinating coaching resources, education and development
✅ Working alongside the committee and age group managers
✅ Helping ensure a consistent coaching philosophy and standards
✅ Being a positive role model and advocate for our club values
