Way back, way back in time I remember playing with a kaleidoscope - looking in amazement at the beautiful, glittering shapes that I could create with each twist and turn.

As a child it would fascinate me as I created these constantly changing colours & shapes.

Imagine if I had known then what I know now.

As young children we take on so much "stuff" from our environment that can result in many limiting beliefs and emotional blocks. When really just a small change in our perspective can result in a very different outcome.
