Hi everyone. We thought for a change sharing some insight and photos of one of the jobs we are currently working on should be uploaded to our page. Potentially also educating our audience on that next home renovation.

Steve was recommended to MJP Electrical Services and approached us wanting a wow factor of his two story home in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne VIctoria.

We got straight to work. Thanks to our team here at MJP Electrical Services and our distributors of AWM. Coordinating to create a design plan utilising the latest high end technology to reassure our customer of our experience and electrical product knowledge.

We upgraded all the power and lighting switchgear, with a stylish decor giving a new modern design installing schneider electrics saturn series range with blue push button LED indicators and rotary dimmers.

For the down-lights, we decided to install SAL tri - colour LED changing lighting with a colour choice of 5,000 kelvins.

Dimming the LED lighting with a cool, blue-white tint providing a fresh clean look throughout the house ensuring optimal efficiency and cost efficient lighting.

Above the cabinetry and under the island bench. SAL strip - lighting with a remote control and colour changing capabilities.

We installed automation on the lighting - socket outlets and and CCTV surveillance. For this installation we decided that clipsal’s wiser smart home hub would best suit our design while being user friendly for our customer and also a leader in the industry. This platform allows users remotely to access and control from their ios or android smart phone devices lights, power points CCTV and so on. Either in the comfort of your home or anywhere in your travels. All you need is a phone network signal and your home modem internet connectivity enabled.

We also upgraded the outdated heating and cooling thermostats using a much more advanced and superior product by honeywell. Some small improvements included a new clipsal IXL tactic in the ensuite and main bathroom and a exhaust fan that is not only efficient with airflow though appealing to the eye while clearing away any unwanted smells.

As we are coming towards completion with our awesome new customer Steve. Overwhelmed with the product selection and workmanship of the installtion. New scope of works are already underway and we are excited.

A sneak peak into what is next moving forwards is Integration of the outdated intercom and security systems. Facial recognition door, gate and room touch screen display including some advanced automated capabilities.

To summarise a back yard make over with a new swimming pool. Deck and garden lighting and flood lights for when Steve sets sail on his boat. All conveniently automated on the wiser application via a ios or android smart phone device. We can’t wait.
