Today I had a wonderful meeting Alsahwa Estate
with Kathy, Michelle and Natalie.
Thank you so much for taking the time out of your busy schedule to meet with me and show me around your beautiful property.
I’ll share a short video of the property soon, but I just wanted to say how inspiring it was to experience the space in person.
I’m also very grateful for this connection through Tourism Noosa.
Alsahwa Estate is such a beautiful property with an amazing concept — Mind. Body. Planet.
I feel there is a beautiful alignment between their vision and my Japanese cooking and wellness experiences.
We are now exploring some exciting future collaboration events together.

What an incredible evening in Buderim for our 4-Step Wellness Digestive Journey Cooking Class 🌿🍲
Together we explored the foundations of better gut health through nourishing Japanese-inspired wellness foods, learning how to:
✅ Replenish essential nutrients
✅ Remove common digestive stressors
✅ Support digestion naturally
✅ Create simple, delicious meals for everyday wellness
There was plenty of learning, laughter, connection, and of course amazing food.
It's always inspiring to see people discover that healthy food can be both healing and delicious.
