Show Season Barn Assistant Wanted – Mudgee, NSW

We’re on the lookout for a Barn Assistant to join our team for the upcoming 2025/26 Show Season (November 2025 – July 2026).

If you're passionate about western performance horses, eager to learn, and want to be a part of a competitive show team travelling to and competing at all of the major shows on the East Coast – this could be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities Will Include (but are not limited to):
* Cleaning stalls and paddocks
* Feeding and watering horses
* Saddling
* Lunging
* Grooming and washing
* General barn upkeep and organisation

We’re Looking for Someone Who:
* Has previous horse experience (Western performance horse experience is highly preferred)
* Is self-motivated and takes pride in their work
* Can follow instructions and also work independently
* Performs well under pressure, especially on busy show days
* Maintains a positive and professional attitude
