Rosie has been like an overdue baby. The first juice harvested from Skimstone started to wild ferment itself. Great if you are making wine but not great if you are making cordial.

Thanks to our ‘village’, Will Gilbert of Gilbert Family Wines has worn the hero’s cape today and provided us some of their Sangiovese Rosé juice. Still from Apple Tree Flat. This is now ‘Rosie - the neighbour’.
