WHY IS MAGNESIUM DEFICIENT SO COMMON?
Following on from my previous post… Our soil and filtered water supply are depleted of magnesium, while caffeine, high sugar intake, stress (physical, mental and emotional) and certain medications reduce our stores. Body aches, constipation, tension headaches, reduced energy, interrupted sleep, and craving chocolate are some of the signs that can indicate your magnesium levels are low.
