Kenz Beauty is growing, and we’re looking for an exceptional all-rounder to join our team.

This is not your average reception role. We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has outstanding organisational skills, and enjoys taking ownership. You’ll work closely with the Director while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of both our Brisbane and Gold Coast clinics.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for:

* Managing client bookings and delivering exceptional customer service
* Overseeing daily clinic operations across both locations
* Stock ordering and inventory management
* Marketing coordination and social media support
* Administrative and executive assistant duties for the Director
* Team support and communication
* Maintaining high operational standards throughout the clinics
* Problem-solving and ensuring every client receives a five-star experience
About You

You are:

* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
* An excellent communicator with a warm, professional manner
* Confident using booking systems and Microsoft Office
* Able to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
* Proactive, reliable and able to work independently
* Flexible to work across both our Brisbane and Gold Coast clinics
* Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences
