Recently Al had to do a quick Driver Side Electric winder regulator replacement, which we are sure Al can do with his eyes closed 🙈👌

Customer stated grinding/crunching noises every time he used his window, and sometimes it just wouldn't go up or down! 🤦
So he took it upon himself to order a new regulator and traveled more than 230km just so WE could get the job done for him!

He was a smart cookie...he did his homework when the problem arose!

Onto Google he went, looking up required businesses able to undergo the task at hand, but with our Google Reviews, and well developed website...he chose to go see Sideshow Bob at BB Autoglass 🤣🤡

In no time at all, Al had the new regulator in and tested, glass dropped in and tested once again, success alas! 🙏👌

As Al was reversing the vehicle into its ready for collection position, the very chuffed customer was walking up!

Safe to say, any future problems he has, he's making the trek to come see us again ❤️
