Meet Rod (and Chief, his very good boy 🐕).

Rod's been on his property in Monarto since '82 – but with his son moving onto the land, it was time for Rod to downsize and carve out a place of his own.

He looked at building a shed and lining it out himself. “That's 12 months' work and you've got to keep finding people to do bits and pieces,” he says. Not exactly Rod's idea of a good time.

So he went modular with Modify instead. As Rod puts it, “this one's all done” – landed on the block, ready to go.

Rod's not one for fuss, but he'll give credit where it's due: “They were very good, very accommodating. I can't complain.”

Another happy homeowner, another job well done. One more reason we love what we do.
