Agrimate Fencing is hiring Trade Assistants / Entry Level Crew.

No experience needed. We’ll train the right person.

You’ll work on major commercial and civil projects across Perth alongside builders, civil contractors, project managers and site leaders.

This means you’ll learn the construction industry from the ground up while earning:

$35–$38.50/hr + super
50 hr weeks available
Paid lunch breaks
Phone allowance
Full-time or casual roles

Looking for trade assistants $35-$38.50/hr + super + phone allowance + paid lunch breaks.
Casual & fulltime roles available.

Must have manual license
Must be able to lift heavy loads
Must have own transport to get to work each day.
Ideally live close to Neerabup.
Would suit someone who likes the outdoors.

We install fences for civil construction sites. See pics below.

Your typical day:
Start at our yard at 5:30am or 6am depending on site location
Drive to site in company cars towing a trailer with the materials to be installed while your team leader tows the machine to dig the holes either a skidsteer or excavator.
Then once on site
Install the fencing described on your job sheet under the guidance of your team leader.
Return to the yard in Neerabup to unload and pack for the next day.
Typically finish around 2pm -4pm
Work shirts and safety equipment / PPE are provided by us.
If you enjoy the work, fit our values and would like to progress in the company we are happy to provide a skidsteer ticket aswell as excavator ticket.
