Every brand new day is the opportunity to make it better then the day before 🙏

With my FIFO partner and I moving homes it gave us the chance to start afresh and create new beginnings and memories.

This is also a great opportunity to start afresh with my business and do the things that should have been done before now.

I was given an amazing opportunity to start my passion, this business almost 7 years ago. The passion was first shown to me 12 years ago when I made my FIFO partner a 30ml Lavender Sleepy Sleep Time Sleep Spray.

I've come a long way in the last 7 years and I've still got a long way to go.

New beginnings are about to begin including bringing B Safe Well Healthy more online.

You can find me and the wellness range at the E Shed Markets Victoria Quay Fremantle Western Australia every Friday, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 4.30pm in winter and 9am to 5pm all other seasons. I am also contactable by phone and message.

When we are well and focused in our mind and body we will be safe in everything we do.
