Softer, Gentler, Kinder, Truer.

That's how I want to be, how I strive to be, how I long to be.

For it not to hurt as much, for it not to sting, for it not to stab.

What I am learning is that resistance is futile.
If there is a message that needs to be delivered in God’s Universe it will be delivered.
Emotions in our spiritual body, in our emotional body. Longing to be seen, held and felt.

The errors need to be removed and it’s a sin to think that you don’t have to, to think that you don’t need to, to think you are better than that.

It’s time for us to really do the work.
Our children's hearts, mind, body and Soul are dependent on it.
They are our mirrors, we know this.
Reflecting back to us every single tiny little piece that isn’t healed.

I know you want better for them.
If you can’t do it for you…yet.
Maybe you still wrestle with self-hatred, with putting on a show.
That’s ok. We are doing the best with what we have got in this moment.

You don’t have to do it alone, not that we are EVER alone of course.
Connecting with other women, in truth, around the reality of the parenting that our children have had to endure. To see the impact of that in them.

It's powerful, no pretending, no excuses, the truth.

We are fu***ng up all the time.
And that’s ok because the intention to do it differently to what was done to us is HUGE. It counts for so much.

If you finding that you keep repeating the patterns, keep justifying, keep making excuses…
Trying to think yourself out of your fury, intellectualise yourself of your rage. Meditate yourself out of the s**t that was projected onto you.
It doesn’t work, believe me I’ve tried.

To love our children so much that it feels like you are going to burst…to miss them, to long for them. Because they fill a void, they fill a hole. The emptiness that your own mother could never be there for you, or that she was there for you so much there was no room for you to know you.

I have a space where there is room for all of you you and ALL of YOU is WELCOME.

Learning to open up to God’s love to burn away all of the pieces that we don't need. The shame, the guilt, the resentment, the criticism, the list goes on…

We live it, we are it. But we can heal it. I am living proof.
