Friendship breakups and the extended grief we can feel from a friend or family member choosing to separate from us, is what this article gently reflects upon.

It’s not often mentioned in mainstream literature / media but it affects many of us. I’ve been talking about it with people similarly affected, for years. It falls under ‘ambiguous loss’ and it may never really feel resolved.
