Visited one of my favourite places in Margaret River today .margaretriver 🌿
After 90 minutes in a sauna, magnesium bath & ice plunge I know I’m going to sleep well tonight 🔥❄️👌
*if you are trying to conceive absolutely get in a sauna for the first 2 weeks of your cycle (maybe an ice bath in week 2).
I would avoid after ovulation incase you’re pregnant 🤰
