The day after meeting the Applied Education offshore team, Lauren Gonzalez joined a group of women at Brainbox Philippines as keynote speaker for 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲: 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗡𝗼𝗶𝘀𝗲.

Held over coffee in a warm and engaging setting, the session explored leadership, confidence, growth, and the experiences that shape how women show up in work and life.

During the session, Lauren spoke about the roots of her leadership — the environment she grew up in, the people who influenced her, and the values that helped shape her path to becoming the CEO of Aveling. Each also shared their own reflections on challenges, growth, and the realities women navigate in their professional journeys.

The engagement was a meaningful reminder that strength does not always need noise. It can be grounded in gratitude, resilience, self-awareness, and purpose.
