First post for 2026 is a recently completed render for our latest project in Shelley, with this home featuring concealed roof forms along with a striking, angled projecting roof to the upper floor, castellated timber panelling and painted brickwork for that little bit of texture to the façade.

DA was recently approved for this beauty situated in the heart of Leederville. The design pushed the tiny 250m² corner block to its absolute limits and was an enjoyable challenge to work on. With bold features and clean lines throughout, the aesthetics of this home are sure to catch the eye of many on this busy street.
