As we’re going into the colder months, us groomers completely understand wanting to keep your dogs warm during winter, but regular grooming shouldn’t stop when the weather cools down. In fact, winter is one of the most common times we see severe matting due to longer coat lengths, moisture, jackets, and reduced brushing at home. If you choose to keep your dog’s coat longer for warmth, it’s essential that brushing is kept up between appointments. Regular grooming isn’t just about appearance—it’s about your dog’s comfort, health, and wellbeing. A well-maintained coat keeps your dog much warmer than a matted one ever will. 🐶🐾🩵

This is Willow, who fluffed up into a little teddy bear after her pamper—so adorable and so cute🧸🐾 This appointment was a Wash & Tidy this includes, a wash and blow dry, nail clip, tidy of the paw pads and hygiene areas, plus a trim up of the face with no clipping of the coat.

A month into my dog grooming business and I couldn’t be more grateful 🐾 I’ve been spending my days with the bestest pups, lots of playtime, and plenty of happy tails. Thank you to everyone who’s been supporting me on this journey 🐶✨

Percy came in today for his first ever Puppy Program and was the bestest boy, I recommend starting your pup on the Puppy Program— which can start once all vaccines are completed, It’s perfect for gently desensitising them to grooming, sounds, and the salon environment.

✨ Pro tip: use a spoon and gently put it close to your pup face, this trick gets them used to the scissors being around there face for when there ready for there big full groom. Keep up the brushing at home and lots of touching of the paws. All this makes the biggest difference for your pup to feel safe and comfortable in a salon environment

We avoid clipping too early, as it can damage their coat long-term. Once your pup is confident and ready, we can introduce full clips safely 💚
