Q Grader, often referred to as the 'sommeliers' course of coffee, is a coffee exam program with 20 exams, comprises palate & olfactory sensory, cupping skill, green grading and general coffee knowledge. It’s aiming to improve not only coffee standards across the globe but also farmer lives and all other stakeholders of coffee industry. This credential requires licensed Q graders to recalibrate every 3 years to maintain the licence and keep their standards up to date. Coffee Quality Institute

Why Freezing? πŸ₯Ά

Yes, we kept our coffee in freezer. How? Select the best of the best, dialled in, dosed individually, single pack vacuum-sealed & labelled.
By doing these, we locked in the flavours and freshness of the coffee at its best aged period.
When we brew the coffee, we take it out from our freezer and grind at a frozen state. The result is truely amazing. Not only you will find an extremely consistent grinds particle which will greatly enhance the coffee extraction and the flavour expressions in the cup, also you can experience again that particular coffees you enjoyed in the near future. ❄️
