Shell is being sued by ClientEarth over ‘failing to properly prepare for net-zero 🤯

Shell’s directors have recently appealed and published an “energy transition strategy” outlining their plan to reach net-zero by 2050 – which is “in step with society”. However, ClientEarth states the strategy doesn’t meet the targets scientists say are critical to avoid catastrophic climate change.
