Happy 30th Birthday Rosie! ✨ 🌙

It’s not every day I get to create this celestial themed black and gold cake for a special 30th birthday.
The flavour is chocolate cake with chocolate ganache.
I loved shaping and painting the edible stars and moons for this cake.

A big thank you to Rosie and I hope you had an epic celebration!

This elegant dark chocolate and strawberry cake celebrates Abigail’s 16th Birthday! 🍓 🎂

I especially loved piping the frills of buttercream and adding the final touch of strawberries.

For the love of Guinea Pigs 🐹

Featuring all of Mr. Pickles’ favourite veggies, I also gave him a little birthday cabbage. I carefully shaped each carrot, tomato and sugar pea snap as the sprinkles for this fantastic chocolate cake.

Society was quite unprepared for Barbie’s arrival this season. She appeared in the most extravagant frilled gown, all coquette and ready for the evening’s grandest soirée. Naturally, such an entrance caused whispers.

Yet the true scandal was discovered beneath the skirts. Layers of chocolate cake, chocolate ganache, and vanilla buttercream. Indulgent and far too tempting for polite company.

It seems Barbie has brought more than fashion to the party. 🎀🍰✨

Happy 6th Birthday Violet!

A love letter in the form of heart shaped cake.
Fresh raspberries, dark chocolate cake with raspberry jam and dark chocolate ganache.

Made for Stef’s birthday, it was gluten and dairy free to ensure everyone including the birthday girl could have a slice.
This cake is also available in regular fashion (with dairy and flour).

⚓️ The World of Bill: A 60th Birthday Voyage 🎂
To celebrate Bill turning 60, his wife commissioned a cake to honor his incredible story: a love for travel, family, and his time in the Navy.

I created “The World of Bill,” a rich Chocolate Mud Cake that guests could explore all of Bill’s favourite things. Bill has set off sail to The United Shores but has to make a few pit stops along the way!

Bill’s is journey starts with:
🌊A submarine surfacing near the lighthouse,
he takes a pit stops to take a selfie,
Takes the scenic route to Cheese and Wine isle, enjoying his favourite glass of vino, Golf with the kangaroo
Then lands at The United Shores, joined by his family and friends.

Every piece captured a unique chapter of his life.
